How to report videos
If you identify a video which violates our Community Guidelines, you can right click on the video, click report issue and fill out our reporting form from there. Please make sure to select the category which is the closest to the community guideline violation and enter a valid reason so we can review your report.
Alternatively, you can report it to us by completing the form located here. Please make sure to select which product the violating content is on, and to include your name and email. We will also need the URL of the violating content and any notes on why this content violates our guidelines otherwise we will not be able to take action on your report. After you submit the information we need, we'll be able to review your report and take action if we find something.
Report Adult Content / Why was my adult content removed?
Content that contains sexually explicit material and activities where the main purpose of the content is sexual arousal or stimulation is not allowed on the platform. This also includes videos offering sexual services or acts for money such as escort or strip club videos and ASMR videos where the purpose is sexual arousal.
We do allow video game content which shows nudity as part of the game mechanics, and content which shows medical situations where there may be nudity involved.
We will take into account any EDSA (Educational, Documentary, Scientific or Artistic) exceptions when reviewing videos, and we encourage discussion surrounding these topics.

Report Child Exploitation
We have a zero tolerance policy for content or conduct that relates to sexual exploitation or endangerment of children, no matter the form.
If child sexual exploitation is identified, we will act expeditiously to report the violation to applicable authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Report Bullying and Harassment:
We have a zero tolerance bullying and harassment policy towards any individual or group.
If you’re the target of harassment or bullying:
- Stop interacting with the person harassing you.
- Report and block the harassing person to the platform it is happening on.
- If you’re ever concerned about your immediate safety, contact your local law enforcement.
If you find yourself being negatively affected by bullying, know that there is support available and you're not alone.

Report Suicide and Self-Harm:
We do not allow the promotion or encouragement of self-harm, suicide and eating disorders.
However we do allow content focused on users sharing their own experiences with these issues in an effort to educate or raise awareness.
We also allow SFX makeup/editing where it is clear the purpose of the content is artistic, and not to promote or encourage others. ASMR content is also okay as long as it does not promote or encourage suicide and self harm.

Report Violence, Gore and Cruelty:
We do not allow gratuitous violence or gore against humans or animals where the intention is to shock or disgust viewers.
This includes graphic motor accidents, shootings, animal sacrifices and school yard fights to name a few. We will also take action on titles of videos that may violate our guidelines.
We do allow SFX makeup or artwork which depicts gore in an artistic way, and does not encourage or promote viewers to attempt to recreate it. We will take into account any EDSA (Educational, Documentary, Scientific or Artistic) exceptions when reviewing content.

Report Terrorism:
Streamable is not a place for groups or content encouraging or promoting terrorism or violent extremism, or for those affiliating themselves or recruiting for those groups.
We will take into account any EDSA (Educational, Documentary, Scientific or Artistic) exceptions when reviewing content.

Report leaked Private Information and Impersonation:
It is important to remember to treat others how you wish to be treated. Please refrain from sharing, or threatening to share, other users personal or private information (also known as doxxing).
We also do not allow attempts to impersonate another person or company, including misrepresenting yourself as an employee or agent of STreamable.

Report Misinformation:
We do not allow the spread of false or misleading content, including misinformation or manipulated content, that may impact the trust and safety of our community. This includes health claims that are not substantiated by an authority like the CDC or WHO, or conspiracy theory content that violates other parts of these Guidelines, such as by promoting hate speech. We will also take action on titles of videos that may violate our guidelines.

Report Spam and Scams:
We do not allow content that exploits others for money or property, such as ponzi schemes, loan advance and debt relief schemes. This also includes promotion of medicinal products such as diet pills which may cause harm to users. We will also take action on titles of videos that may violate our guidelines.
