Cancellations and Refunds

You can cancel your free trial or subscription at any time by clicking the "My Account" menu at the top right of your dashboard, then clicking "Plan & Billing". Here you'll be able to adjust your plan. If you run into any trouble or have further questions, please reach out to us!

We only offer refunds to charges made within the last 7 days. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team using either the chat widget or by emailing support@streamable.com. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
